Do I need to create an account to place orders?
Yes. All current and new customers are required to create an account with Username and Password in order to view full product details and place orders. If you have specific questions, you can contact us via our website or email at bornintheusasnacks@gmail.com
Do you offer FREE Shipping?
No. Flat rate shipping fees of $35 apply to standard size orders being shipped to areas with postal codes beginning with K, L, M & N. For orders to remote areas, or orders containing oversized or overweight items, shipping fees may be calculated individually.
Why does my order require a signature upon delivery?
For the safety of your order, all orders are shipped by courier with required signatures upon delivery. However, if you would like to have couriers drop off your order without signatures, please contact us via email at bornintheusasnacks@gmail.com to make arrangements.
What happens if I miss the courier for my delivery?
Couriers delivering orders will make a maximum of 2 attempts to deliver your order to you and receive your signature. Any additional attempts at delivery will be charged at the customer's expense.
Can my order be delivered to my PO Box?
No. Shipping to PO Box is not available due to the nature of perishable food items and for the safety of your order.
Do you restock items marked "out of stock?"
We frequently restock our items when they become available.
What shipping carriers do you use?
At this time, Canada Post and UPS are our go-to for shipping across Canada.
Can I Return or Exchange a Product?
Due to the nature of perishable goods, we are not able to offer returns. However, if we have caused an issue with your order, please reach out to us immediately so that arrangements can be made to make things right.
What if my order arrives with Damaged/Missing/Incorrect Products?
If you find an issue with your order, you have 10 days after receiving your delivery to reach out to us so we can address your concerns. We are committed to providing you with excellent customer service.
What if my order is damaged due to Heat/Humidity/Cold?
We are not responsible for ANY damages that are caused by heat and/or humidity and/or cold. Not all of our products ship well in extreme temperatures/weather conditions, so if you are concerned about an item in your order it is recommended that you contact us directly before placing your order to discuss it.
